Brown Sugar Smokies w/ Dipping Sauce


1 (16 ounce) package little smokie sausages
1 pound bacon
1 cup brown sugar, or to taste (I use about 2/3 cup)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each strip around a little sausage. Secure with a toothpick. Arrange the smokies in a baking dish and sprinkle them liberally with brown sugar. Bake until bacon is crisp and the brown sugar melted, about 25 minutes.

Dipping Sauce:
1/4 mayo
1/4 BBQ sauce
2 TBSP brown sugar

Mix all together, and dip away:)
